This recipe came from our friend Hannah Lemon. Her sent her husband, Tom, to the lake with us on Labor Day with a ton of baked deliciousness! This is the first of her yummy recipes that I have tried. It is incredibly quick and easy and still impressively yummy. During the holidays I'm going to use red and green M&Ms.
1 box yellow cake mix
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup chocolate chips (or half cup M&Ms and half cup chocolate chips)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and spread into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake 20-30 minutes. I baked them 23 minutes in the convection oven, and it was a little too long. You want the middle to look slightly raw with the edges just starting to get crispy.
