Pumpkin Yum


This is my contribution to Thanksgiving this year: Pumpkin Yum.  My coworker, Jenny, who is a fantastic cook has brought it to work before and it truly is delicious.  This is my first time making it, though.  I decided that when I am bringing a dish to something important like Thanksgiving, it should not be my first time making it.  It smells delicious.  We'll see how it tastes...

Happy Thanksgiving!

1 can pumpkin
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. clove
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ginger

Mix and pour into greased 9x13

Sprinkle on top:
1 yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup melted butter

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
