Peanut Butter Ball

I made this for book club last week, and it was a big hit!  Be careful, it is addicting...

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese at room temperature (I use 1/3 less fat.  If you use fat free it doesn't turn out as well.)
1 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter (not all-natural)
3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 1/2 cups peanut butter chips (or you can use 3/4 cup peanut butter chips and 3/4 cup chocolate chips)
Graham cracker sticks (or just graham crackers broken into fourths)

Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter and brown sugar until blended.

Place on a large piece of saran wrap.  Bring up all four corners and twist tightly to form into a ball shape.

Freeze for 1 1/2 hours so that it is firm enough to keep its shape.  Place chips on a plate.  Remove saran wrap and roll ball into chips to completely cover.  You kind of have to press the chips into the ball to get them to stay.

Place ball on serving dish.  Cover and freeze for 2 hours.  Or continue to freeze and remove 20-30 minutes before serving.  Dip graham cracker sticks or spread onto graham crackers.
