Making this for Labor Day Lake Weekend! Woohoo!
2 packages ramen noodles, oriental flavor
2 packages cole slaw mix
2 packages slivered almonds
1 bunch green onions
1 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup white or red wine vinegar
Toast slivered almonds until browned. Break up ramen noodles with a rolling pin. Combine cole slaw mixes, almonds, and chopped green onions. Add ramen noodles right before the dressing so they don't get soggy.
To make dressing combine oil, sugar, two packages ramen seasoning, and vinegar. Shake well because the sugar and oil do not combine well. Pour over salad mix and toss.
